Pricing & Billing
Is there a free plan available?
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free for up to 10,000 identified users per month. It includes basic identity stitching, email recovery, and 30-day data retention. No credit card required.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Starter Plus and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no fees.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
We'll notify you when you approach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime. We never stop tracking data or block your account for overages.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20%. For example, Growth is ₹20,000/month (₹2.4L/year) instead of ₹25,000/month (₹3L/year). That's ₹60,000 in savings annually.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and pay the prorated difference. Downgrade or cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. No lock-ins or penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, bank transfers for annual plans, and international wire transfers for Enterprise customers.

Features are identical. India pricing (in ₹ INR) uses purchasing power parity to make the platform affordable for Indian businesses. International pricing is in $ USD.
Do you have GDPR/DPDP compliance features?
Yes. Every account includes a Right-to-Erasure API endpoint. One API call permanently purges the entire identity chain. Deletion completes within 30 days with a confirmation receipt.
How long does setup take?

Is my data secure?
