    The recovery loop

    Quote-recovery flows fired automatically on incomplete requests with WhatsApp re-engagement. Cross-platform identity (app + web) held the journey together. Server-side click capture restored Meta and Google source attribution.

    Shipper-source attribution lifted 21% as the cross-platform stitching exposed assist credit. Quote re-engagement recovered 12% of incomplete requests. Cross-platform match hit 81%. CAC dropped 14% with the corrected ad mix.
