Your account settings are where you manage everything about you and your organization — your personal profile, your team, your plan, and how you keep things secure. This is the home base for the people side of UMAP360, separate from the data and dashboards.

Most of these settings live under Settings in the sidebar. This page maps what's there so you can jump straight to what you need.

What you can manage

  • Your profile — your display name and the email you log in with.
  • Your organization — your workspace name, website, and a few read-only details like your workspace ID (handy when you file a support ticket).
  • Security — change your password and turn on two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Your team — invite teammates and see who has access, with the right level of permission for each person.
  • API keys — the keys that let your website or apps send data into UMAP360.
  • Plan, usage & billing — your current plan, how much of your monthly user allowance (identified and anonymous) you've used, and your billing history.
  • Notifications — which categories of email your organization receives.

Profile and organization

Your profile holds your display name and login email. Your organization settings hold your workspace name and website — anyone with an owner or admin role can edit these. A handful of details (your workspace slug, ID, timezone, and currency) are display-only; reach out to support if you need them changed.

Security and access

Keep your account safe by setting a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication using an authenticator app. For your protection, disabling 2FA asks you to confirm your password first. Logged-in sessions automatically expire after 24 hours.

Team and roles

Invite teammates by email and assign each one a role that fits what they need to do. Roles range from full Owner access down to read-only Viewer access.

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything, including billing and deleting the organization
AdminEverything except deleting the organization — including billing
MemberUse dashboards, analytics, and tools — but not change settings or billing
ViewerRead-only access to dashboards and analytics

Changing someone's role

Switching a teammate to a different role (for example, promoting a Member to Admin) and transferring ownership aren't yet self-service — contact support and we'll handle it for you.

API keys

API keys let your website, app, or server send events into UMAP360 and read your data back out. You can create Read, Write, or Admin keys, give each a descriptive name, and revoke or regenerate them at any time.

Copy new keys right away

A key's full secret is shown only once, when you create or regenerate it. Copy and store it somewhere safe before you close the dialog — you won't be able to see it again.

Plan, usage, and billing

Your billing area shows your current plan, your user usage for the month (identified and anonymous) against your plan's limit, and a history of recent payments and invoices. Owners and admins can upgrade, change plans, or cancel from here. Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, credit card, or debit card.

If you reach your monthly user limit, you get a short grace period where data keeps flowing before collection pauses — upgrading restores everything immediately. Cancelling keeps your subscription active until the end of the current billing period, then moves you to the Free plan; your data is retained.

Notification preferences

Choose which categories of email your organization receives — onboarding tips, billing notices, usage warnings, and metric alerts. All are on by default, and only owners and admins can change them.

Who controls these settings?

Many of these areas — organization details, billing, and notifications — can only be changed by owners and admins. If a button or toggle looks disabled, you likely have a Member or Viewer role.
