Creating an account takes a couple of minutes and no credit card. You'll sign up, verify your email, and name your workspace — then you're ready to install the tracker.

Sign up

  1. Go to app.umap360.com and open the Sign up page.
  2. Enter your full name, optional company name, work email, and a password, then click Create account.
  3. Or click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account in one click — no password needed.

Password requirements

If you sign up with email and password, your password needs at least 8 characters and must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. The same rules apply when you reset or change it later.

Verify your email

If you signed up with email and password, we'll send a verification link to your inbox. Click it to activate your account, then sign in.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the right address.
  • Use Resend verification email on the "Check your email" screen.

(Signing up with Google skips this step — your email is already verified by Google.)

Create your workspace

The first time you sign in, you're taken straight to a short setup wizard. Its first step creates your workspace — the home for all your data, dashboards, team, and settings:

  1. Enter an organization name (for example, "Acme Corp"). This is the only required field.
  2. Review the workspace URL that's suggested from your name. You can edit it to anything you like — it just needs to be 3–48 characters of lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. A few reserved words and already-taken names are rejected as you type.
  3. Optionally add your website, industry, and team size to tailor your workspace — all three can be left blank.
  4. Click Continue.

That's it — your account and workspace exist. The wizard moves straight on to installing the tracker, which we cover next in Install the tracker.

Signing in later

Return to app.umap360.com and sign in with your email and password, or Continue with Google. For security, sessions last 24 hours — after that you'll be asked to sign in again (there's no "remember me").

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.

Add a second layer of security

You can turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) so each sign-in also asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Set it up any time from your account settings — see Security & access.
