Your events tell you what people do on your site. Connectors bring in the rest of the picture — your ad spend, your store orders, your payments, and your analytics — so UMAP360 can tie it all back to real customers and show you what's actually driving revenue.
Why connect your data
On its own, UMAP360 captures behaviour: page views, clicks, and custom events from your site or app. Connecting your other platforms layers the missing context on top:
- Ad platforms bring in campaigns, spend, and performance — and let UMAP360 push conversions and audiences back out — so attribution works.
- Stores and payment providers bring in orders, payments, and refunds, so you can see real revenue alongside behaviour.
- Analytics and warehouses let you forward events out for cross-platform analysis or deeper querying.
With all of this in one place, attribution and revenue-recovery features have everything they need to work.

What you can connect
UMAP360 supports a growing catalogue of integrations. At a glance:
| Category | Platforms |
|---|---|
| Ad platforms | Google Ads, Meta Ads |
| Stores & payments | Shopify, Razorpay |
| Analytics & warehouses | Google Analytics 4, BigQuery |
| Customer data & events | Segment, CleverTap |
| Messaging delivery | Email, WhatsApp Business |
A few more integrations — including HubSpot, Slack, and Mixpanel — are marked coming soon and will appear as cards you can be notified about when they go live.
How connecting works
Every connector follows a similar, low-effort flow. The exact steps depend on the platform, but it's always one of two shapes:
- Sign in and authorize — for platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, you sign in on the platform itself and approve UMAP360's access. For others, you paste a key or set up a secure inbound link.
- Pick what to sync — choose which accounts, events, or data flows you want, and how often they refresh.
- Save — UMAP360 confirms the connection and starts syncing.
Your access is stored securely
The credentials and authorizations you grant are encrypted and stored securely. For sign-in–based connectors, UMAP360 keeps your access fresh automatically — if a connection is ever revoked or expires, you'll get a clear "reconnect required" prompt rather than silent failures.
Once connected, data syncs on its own. Ad-platform data refreshes automatically every so often, and you can always trigger an immediate refresh with Sync Now on a connector. Each connector card shows its status, last sync time, recent data flow, and any errors, so you can spot problems early.
Where to go next
Pick the guide that matches what you're connecting:
- Connect ad platforms — Google Ads and Meta Ads, for spend, performance, conversions, and audiences.
- Connect your store and payments — Shopify and Razorpay, for orders, payments, and revenue.
- Connect GA4 and warehouses — forward events to Google Analytics 4 or export to BigQuery.
- Data Bridge — import and export customer data with CSV pipelines.
- Connector health and troubleshooting — keep your connections running and fix sync issues.
