Your plan controls how much data UMAP360 collects and which features your team can use. This page covers the available plans, where to check your usage, and how to upgrade when you're ready to grow.
Plans at a glance
UMAP360 offers four plans, each built for a different stage:

Each plan sets a limit on the users you track each month — identified and anonymous combined — along with which features you can access. The Free plan covers up to 10,000 users a month; higher tiers raise that limit and unlock more.
Prices and limits live on the pricing page
We keep current prices and the exact limits for each plan on the pricing page so you always see up-to-date numbers. Have a custom requirement? Talk to us about Enterprise.
Billing and currency
- Currency: Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Billing cycle: Choose monthly or annual when you subscribe.
- Payments: Checkout runs through a secure, trusted payments provider — pay by UPI, credit card, or debit card. We never store your raw card details.
When you start a paid plan, checkout opens in a new tab so your dashboard stays open behind it. Your subscription activates automatically once your first payment is confirmed.
See your current plan and usage
Open Settings → Plan & Billing to see everything about your subscription in one place:
- Your current plan and subscription status.
- Your billing cycle and renewal date.
- A Usage This Month section showing the users you've tracked (identified and anonymous) and your team members, each against your plan's limit.
- Your recent billing history — receipts and payment events appear here once you're on a paid plan.
The users meter tracks your usage for the current billing month, so you can see at a glance how much headroom you have.
Upgrade or change your plan
When you're ready for more capacity or features:
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Click Upgrade / Change Plan.
- Pick your new plan and complete checkout.
Upgrades take effect immediately once payment succeeds — your new, higher limits apply right away.
Who can manage billing?
Only owners and admins can change plans, upgrade, or cancel. Members and viewers can see the billing page, but the management buttons stay disabled for them. See team and roles for more.
To move from a paid plan back to Free, cancel your subscription — it stays active until the end of your current billing period, then drops to Free. For moving down between paid tiers, reach out to support and we'll help.
Staying within your limits keeps data flowing
The most important thing to watch is your monthly user count — identified and anonymous combined. As long as you stay within your plan's limit, your data keeps flowing in without interruption.
If you reach 100% of your monthly user limit, UMAP360 gives you a short grace window — your data keeps collecting for a few more days while the Plan & Billing page shows a banner letting you know. If that window passes without an upgrade, new data stops being collected until you move to a plan with more room. Upgrading restores collection immediately.
Watch your usage
Keep an eye on the usage meter in Settings → Plan & Billing, and turn on usage emails in your notification settings so you're warned well before you hit your limit. Upgrading in time means you never miss any data.
Your data is always retained — cancelling or downgrading never deletes it automatically.
